Campus recreation provides an opportunity for groups and individuals to develop leadership, problem-solving, trust, and communication skills. A trained facilitator accompanies the group through challenging and fun activities focused on group goals, process reflection and communication.
Groups are lead by qualified and well-trained student and staff facilitators.
A minimum of eight participants is required for a group. Each group will determine their goals for the experience and the facilitators will ensure that the group's goals are addressed throughout their time frame.
