Balancing Act: Juggling Roles, Relationships and Academics
Dr. Pam Tracy, professor of communication studies and herself a first-generation college student, leads this workshop that will help you kickstart your college journey with confidence and clarity! This workshop is designed to help you navigate your academic, social and personal roles like a pro. You’ll explore the importance of identifying your roles and responsibilities; learn how to prioritize tasks to balance classes, co-curricular activities and downtime; and create a personalized weekly planner to make the most of your time and commitments. Take the first step toward an amazing college experience by mastering the art of smart choices and effective planning. Dr. Tracy also is the director of the Center for Faculty Enrichment.
