The Multicultural Affairs staff encourages you to submit your suggestions about improvements, activities and comments. We will read and respond to all suggestions.

To file a complaint with the Multicultural Affairs Office please submit the grievance within 30 calendar days of the event(s) triggering the grievance.

The grievance must include:

  • A clear statement of the university rule, regulation, policy and/or action of which the student complains
  • The date of when the action occurred
  • A summary of the action(s) which the student has taken to resolve the matter informally
  • Documentation that supports the grievance

If the grievance relates to the Director of Multicultural Affairs and Title VI Coordinator the student will address a written grievance to Cheryl Steele, Dean for Student Engagement, who will conduct the same procedures as mentioned above.
