Dr. Pamela Randall is an associate professor and off-site program coordinator in Martinsville, VA, at the New College Institute, a position she has held since fall 2011. Pamela has worked in several various K-12 positions, both public and private, as a teacher, administrator, and program coordinator. Her collegiate-level experience outside Longwood includes teaching positions at Liberty University and Averett University. 

Dr. Randall holds an Ed.D. from Liberty University, an Ed.S. from the University of Virginia, a Master's degree from Radford University, and a Bachelor's degree from Glenville State College. 

With a background in choral and instrumental music, Dr. Randall enjoys conducting the 75+-member community choir, the Smith River Singers, which she founded in 2011, and a select choral ensemble, Still Water. Additionally, she is the conductor of the Martinsville Handbell Ensemble. Dr. Randall's choirs have historically performed at Carnegie Hall under the baton of John Rutter, the Virginia state capitol building, and multiple countries. In her spare time, she enjoys quilting, cooking, and gardening.
